Περιγραφή του Ξινόμαυρου 2007, σύμφωνα με την ομάδα γευσιγνωστών της Wein-plus:

Cherries and berries on the nose, tart herbaceous and light earthy notes, some violet and dark chocolate. Straightforward style, fairly firm, persistent, polished berry fruit on the palate, earthy and slightly spicy notes, moderate mineral notes, delicately bitter medicinal herbs in the background, fine-grained tannins, still slightly astringent, cool and very clean, already refreshing, very slightly astringent on a good finish.

Note: 2.45% of wines tasted for this country were rated higher than this wine,94.46% were rated lower
