The Vintage of 2024

The winter of 2023-2024 was mild with insufficient rainfall and snow. The budbreak was early, while the lack of rainfall and the relatively high temperature of spring resulted in the absence of diseases

Bloom was early as well as veraison. The long-lasting high temperature and the absence of rainfall during summer, brought the early varieties like Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Mavrodaphne to an early maturity, while Xinomavro and Negoska were slightly stressed.  In September, the chute of temperature and the increased difference between diurnal and nocturnal temperature, as well a beneficial rainfall, brought red late varieties to a very good level of phenolic and aromatic maturity.

Our white Haroula has a high alcohol content, medium acidity and at the same time a very good aromatic intensity and aftertaste.

Rose Horis has a medium alcohol medium acidity and intensive and complicated aroma.

Our reds  have the typical cherry like color, complicated and fruity nose, mild tannins good acidity and medium alcohol
