Variety:
Xinomavro, clone V6 (45%) and  V3 (45%) and 10% Xinomavro population
Vineyard: Krasna, Latitude 41o  Altitude 260-270 m.
Climate: Mediterranean with semi-continental tencances  
Soil: SC (sandy- clay), pH=7, for the clone V6, SCL (sandy- clay- loam)   pH=7,7 with a small percentage of CaCO3 (5%-9%)  for the clone V3 and Xinomavro population .
Density of plantation: 3000 plants/ Ha
Production/plant: 2 Kg
Soil treatment: Permanent grass cover
Our philosophy: Creation of well-balanced vineyards is imperative for the production of high quality wines. For this reason we cultivate our vineyards organically.
Vinification Process: Cryo-extraction (skin contact) at 12-14oC for 3 days, fermentation at 25-28o
Ageing: In French and American 225 l oak barrels for 12 months
Analytical characteristics: Alcohol 12,5%, acidity 5,3 g/l, pH 3,59
Tasting notes: Deep cherry color, nose of cherries, small red berries, dry tomato, slightly earthy notes, the typical sweat and complex aromas of Xinomavro. Mouth feeling of fruits and earthy notes, well combined with mature tannins and nice acidity
