Soil: V6 Clone-Neutral, sandy clay. V3 Clone-sandy clay loam and slightly calcareous
Planting Density: 3000 plants/Ha
Drip irrigation: 700 m3/Ha
Harvest: End of September

Yield: 2 Kg/plant
Vinification method: Classic red vinification.
Ageing: French and American oak for 12 months.

Analytical caracteristics of wine: 12,3% vol, acidity 6,8 g/l, pH 3,47
Tasting notes: Rich cherry color, with complex aromas of small red fruit, vanilla,
plums, tomato and black olive. Medium-bodied, with well integrated tannins
and a medium finish.
