Vinification Method: Skin conduct at 12-14oC for 12-48 hours, fermentation at
graduated temperatures below 25o C.

Analytical caracteristics: 12,5% vol, acidity: 5 g/l, pH 3,70

Tasting notes: Rich dark color. Fresh tasting with fruity aromas. Mild tannins
and pleasant aftertaste.
