Varieties: Xinomavro, Negoska & Moshomavro
Soil: Loam, slightly calcareous
Planting Density: 3000 plants/Hectare
Drip irrigation: 700 m3/Hectare
Harvest: End of September
Yield: 3 Kg/plant
Vinification Method: Skin conduct at 12-14oC for 12-48 hours, fermentation at
graduated temperatures below 25o C.
Analytical caracteristics: 12,5% vol, acidity: 5 g/l, pH 3,70
Tasting notes: Rich dark color. Fresh tasting with fruity aromas. Mild tannins
and pleasant aftertaste.
